Community safety

What's allowed on MuseTok, how we enforce it, and how to appeal.

Zero nudity & sexual content

No pornographic, nude or sexually explicit material. Narrow exceptions — e.g. medical education, breastfeeding, or non-sexual classical art — are allowed only after human review and are never shown to teens.

Child safety comes first

Any sexualisation of minors, CSAM, grooming or predatory behaviour results in immediate removal, account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

No harassment or hate

No bullying, threats, doxxing or attacks on people for who they are.

No scams or deception

No fraud, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, fake engagement or misleading financial claims.

No dangerous acts

No content encouraging self-harm, dangerous challenges or illegal activity.

Respect rights

Only post content you own or have permission to use. No rebroadcasting of professional sports or licensed TV.

How enforcement works

  1. All new videos, products and live sessions start as pending and go public only after a person approves them.
  2. Anyone can report content using the flag icon; child-safety reports jump to the top of the queue.
  3. Moderators can remove content, suspend accounts and log every action.
  4. Automated AI scanning is not active yet. When added, it will assist — never replace — human review.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
